We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator with forklift experience to join a leading metals recycling company at their Lisarow site. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your heavy machinery skills in a well-established team that values safety, collaboration, and high performance.

As part of the aluminium and copper recycling division, you'll support daily yard operations including equipment operation, sorting, packing, and maintaining site cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating excavators to handle and sort scrap metal
• Forklift operation (high reach and counterbalance)
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining yard flow
• Manual handling and sorting of raw materials
• Yard maintenance and general site duties
• Adhering to safety procedures at all times
• Supporting recycling processes with a hands-on approach

Essential Requirements

• Current Forklift License (LF)
• Excavator experience essential
• Physically fit and able to lift 20-25kg repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
• Available Monday to Friday

Desirable

• Skid steer experience
• Previous work in metal recycling or industrial environments
