Diploma Trained Educator – Full-Time

Location: Castle Hill, Sydney
Centre: Kids of the Castle

Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact in young lives? Our small, community based service is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma-trained Educator to join our close-knit, supportive team in Castle Hill.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

- Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

- Passion for child development and early education

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to foster meaningful relationships with families

- Experience as a Responsible Person is a bonus

About the Role

Provide quality care and education in a nurturing, inclusive environment

Develop and implement engaging, play-based educational programs

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support and uphold the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Take on Responsible Person duties when required

Work collaboratively within a passionate, experienced team
