Your Role as a Diploma Educator

Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children

Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Observe and document children’s progress and support their developmental milestones

Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and team members

Foster a calm and nurturing atmosphere where children feel secure and confident

Contribute to a team culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and fun

What You’ll Need

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

HLTAID012 – First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Child Protection Training

NSW Food Authority – Food Handler Basics Training

A passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s learning

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
