An EXCEEDING SERVICE is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Educator.
We are looking for a Diploma Educator, or a Certificate 3 Educator who is working towards their Diploma. This position will be full-time in our 2-3 room from August 2025, working alongside passionate and caring Educators, including a fun, dedicated and energetic Room Leader!
About the role: You will be a diploma-qualified early childhood educator who will work closely with the Educational Leader and our team of long-standing staff. You should be committed, with a passion for learning and reflection.
An ability to demonstrate an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards is essential.
About us: We are a stand-alone, ‘Exceeding’ service located in Baulkham Hills which caters for 59 children per day. We are dedicated to constantly growing in our practice, and provide a supportive and positive atmosphere for all staff to learn and develop, regardless of qualification. We have very strong relationships with our families, something which forms the backbone of our philosophy. We have a beautiful natural environment and love being outdoors, and having fun.
The position is full time with one rostered day off (RDO) per month. The position is available from August 2025; however happy to consider an immediate start for the right applicant!
