The Ridge Golf Course and Driving Range, one of Sydney's premier public golf facilities, is located in Barden Ridge, approximately 7 minutes from Sutherland. The facility features an 18-hole championship course, a 52-bay double-storey driving range, a licensed bar, retail outlet and golf academy.

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Casual Golf Shop Attendants to join our team in the Pro Shop. This role offers 10–15 hours per week and availability on weekdays, weekends and evenings (up to 9pm) is essential.

Key duties of the role include:

Serving customers in the Pro Shop

Golf Bookings and enquiries including booking confirmations and player registration

General Pro Shop assistance with shop sales including golfing equipment and accessories

General tidying and cleaning of facility including the pro shop and range

Serving beverages at the bar

The role may also require:

Collecting balls on range using mule

Collecting and putting away golf carts

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a reliable team player

Have excellent communication and customer service skills

Thrive in a busy environment

Have previous retail or similar service experience

Be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail

Present professionally and be punctual

Hold a current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain one before starting)

Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, nights and weekends

Have a working knowledge of golf (highly preferred)

Additional Information:

Operating hours: Monday–Friday 6.00am–9.00pm | Saturday & Sunday 6.00am–8.00pm

Pay rate: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (Monday–Saturday). Penalty rates apply on Sundays and public holidays in line with the award.
