The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a high-performing team at a senior level, taking full ownership of a $140mil+ apartment build in inner Brisbane. You’ll be on the project from day one through to handover, without having to juggle multiple jobs or stretch yourself thin.

Although this is a senior position, you won’t be managing other Project Managers – instead, you'll bring a deep level of technical and delivery experience to lead a complex build confidently.

The business is in a strong growth phase, and as their pipeline continues to expand, they’re looking for experienced operators who can genuinely deliver – not just talk the talk.

The Company
Our client is a privately owned builder/developer with a strong pipeline of multi-residential projects valued between $50mil - $150mil. Backed by experienced leadership and a clear growth trajectory, they are steadily expanding their footprint across South East Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a major $140mil+ multi-residential build in inner-city Brisbane from start to finish
• Driving program, quality, and commercial outcomes
• Working within a well-supported team structure
• Playing an integral role in the delivery and continued growth of the business

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a PM delivering multi-residential builds, ideally $100mil+
• Accountability, follow-through, and the ability to hit the ground running
• The ability to lead confidently and deliver results from day one
