As their pipeline expands, they’re seeking a driven Project Manager to lead a high-calibre team and shape the delivery of one of their most significant builds to date.

The Role

• Lead design coordination and pre-construction planning
• Develop and drive project-specific construction methodology
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement
• Build and lead a high-performing site and commercial team
• Manage project scheduling and resource alignment
• Oversee head contract admin, including EOTs, claims, and variations
• Maintain program momentum and hit key milestones
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Own the project from design through to handover

The Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with head contractors in Australia
• Proven capability managing projects from early design through to completion
• Solid background in multi-residential and/or commercial builds (multi-level essential)
• Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
• Confident managing head contracts, including claims, variations, and EOTs
• Comfortable with project systems and structured delivery processes
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder and negotiation skills
• Proactive, outcomes-focused, and confident driving delivery performance
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

The Package

• $250,000 - $300,000 + Super
• Immediate interviews; flexible start aligned with project & your notice period
• Lead a well-resourced team: Snr CA, Jnr CA, Site Manager, Supervisor, and Cadets
• Work directly with an experienced Construction Manager who backs your decisions
