The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or re-establish their career in payroll and administration. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support their payroll function and assist with a variety of payroll, administrative and data entry tasks.

This casual, part-time position would suit a student studying accounting or commerce, or an experienced payroll professional returning to the workforce. You’ll work closely with a supportive and collaborative team, and full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

The team is looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and happy to help out where needed. There is potential for the role to grow over time depending on your interests and the needs of the business.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Assisting with data entry for payroll and employee records
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
• Helping process payroll-related documents, including timesheets and leave forms
• Responding to basic payroll queries under guidance
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Assisting with system updates and process documentation

The Expertise
