Join our award winning team at Huntlee Tavern and Bellbird Hotel as a Functions Coordinator, where you'll be the driving force behind seamless functions and event execution and exceptional client satisfaction. If you're organized, motivated, have a can do attitude, able to work unsupervised and ready to make a splash in the world of function coordination, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of functions and events, including planning, organizing, and executing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.

Assist in the business development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event plans to clients.

Liaise with internal departments, such as culinary, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth functions and event execution.

Monitor event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are managed effectively.

Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Conduct site inspections and provide clients with detailed information about the venue and services offered.

Maintain accurate records of all events and client interactions.

Monitor and manage booking system.

Assist in the development and execution of Bellbird Hotel accomdation packages and promotional activities to drive sales.

Administration of all functions and bookings.
