Since 2002 this Earthmoving dealership has been growing at tremendous speed and they currently employee over 130 staff nationally. With one of their largest dealerships based in Toowoomba QLD they have been growing market share and achieving some outstanding results. They offer a full line equipment from excavators, skid steers, Wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, graders, Tele handlers, compaction equipment and much more. The business not only sells this machinery, but they also provide a full rental operation. With service, parts, technical support being at the foremost importance they have a workshop team and field service to support customers throughout all Central QLD. The business operation has very low staff turnover and they offer one of the best onboardings within the industry. You will be proud to work for this national operation.
Job Opportunity –
This role is very different to other positions in the company, You will be focused on selling excavators from 1 tonne to 80 tonne, Wheel loaders, Tele Handlers, Skid Steers, Tele Handlers, Backhoes, Site Dumpers, and attachments. This role in other states has a massive earning potential due to the customers and national success it has. You will focus on selling equipment to the following industries –
· Local Councils
· Trades and Contractors
· Civil Construction
· Forestry contractors
· Landscape Gardeners
· Framing customers
· Mum and Dads / hobby farms
Your role will sell to current and existing customers but also look to grow your network and sell to new clients. The equipment has been designed and made for the Australian market. Its has been tried a tested for over 40 years and is one of the biggest names in today’s market. At this point we also see that this role will move into mid-sized and larger equipment with the same brand within 2 years. They have number of new releases coming up which will allow you to sell large application equipment.
Territory – You will cover all of the Toowoomba Area and far West, You will be required to stay awat ¾ nights a month on country road trips.
Candidate Requirements –
· 2 + Years in Equipment Sales
· Strong relationships within Civil, construction and contractors
· Excellent territory management
· Clear and precise communication
· Excellent IT and CRM experience
· Passionate about selling earthmoving equipment
Salary Package –
· Base Salary - $85,000 to $90,000
· Superannuation – 12%
· Company 4WD + Fuel card
· Uncapped Com 1% on Every sale
· Base Wage paid fortnightly
· Coms Paid monthly
