About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Beauty Therapist to lead our newly acquired clinic in Hope Island, Queensland. As our Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, overseeing a team of beauty therapists, and delivering exceptional treatments to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the strategic growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service

Provide expert-level beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other services

Train, mentor, and supervise a team of beauty therapists, ensuring they deliver consistently high-quality services

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide personalised treatment recommendations

Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to grow the clinic's client base

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist in a similar role

Advanced skills and expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and more

Proven experience in managing and leading a team of beauty therapists

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing personalised, high-quality treatments

Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy required

Demonstrated expertise in skin assessments, lash and brow services, tinting, and massage treatments

Proven ability to meet salon KPIs including client retention and retail sales targets

You must have a current and active client base you can bribe with you.

Social media is everything so this is an area you must also have skills in. Engagement you can show metics of and an ability to expand this branding.
