We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty services while mentoring junior therapists and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

A genuine passion for the beauty industry, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to create personalized skincare solutions are essential for this role. Must be available Saturdays 9-2, school holidays and the lead up to Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a comprehensive array of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, and makeup application, manicures, pedicures shellac application.

- Evaluate each client’s unique skincare needs and create customized treatment plans.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques within the beauty industry.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting treatment space.

- Adapt to working in a compact environment.

- Thrive in a fast-paced setting and perform effectively under pressure.

- Mentor and train junior staff to help them enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Build strong client relationships to promote loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a beauty therapist, with a broad understanding of various beauty treatments and techniques.

- Certification in beauty and relevant qualifications.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

- A strong passion for skincare and the beauty industry as a whole.

- Knowledge of Dermalogica products and treatments would be an added bonus.

- Confidence in Shellac application would be an added bonus.
