About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients after their roof inspection. Your main responsibilities will include following up on quotes, explaining the recommended work in plain language, answering client questions, and helping them feel confident in moving forward with the job. You'll be converting warm leads—no cold calling, just real opportunities waiting for the right follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients after roof inspections to discuss their quotes and service options

Educate clients about the work needed using clear, friendly, and confident communication

Answer questions and address concerns with empathy and professionalism

Assist clients through the decision-making process and help convert quotes into scheduled jobs

Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools

Coordinate with inspectors, operations, and admin teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

Meet KPIs related to quote conversions and client engagement

Requirements:

Experience in sales or customer service (construction or home services industry preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with phone-based and digital client communication

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, relatable terms

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Proactive, driven, and confident in managing your own pipeline

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
