Full-Time Laundry Processing Assistant
South Melbourne | $50K–$60K + Super | Monday to Friday

We’re growing fast and looking for a reliable, quality-driven team player to join our small but mighty crew.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone meticulous, fast and dependable to support our day-to-day laundry operations. You’ll be working closely with our General Manager and the broader team to ensure smooth, efficient turnaround of client orders.

Key Responsibilities

Fold, process and quality-check garments and linen to meet our daily kg output targets

Support washing, drying, and ironing as needed — ironing experience is a big plus

Assist with ordering, workflow, and day-to-day operational tasks

Occasionally assist with pick-up/delivery runs (must have a valid driver’s licence)

Jump on calls to help with last-minute bookings or customer questions

Maintain clean and organised work areas

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a laundry or hospitality environment preferred

Fast, hands-on worker with an eye for detail and pride in your work

Reliable and punctual — no last-minute no-shows, please!

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily performance goals

Flexible and happy to help wherever needed

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Superannuation
