About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager in Darwin to step into this exciting leadership role. Working closely alongside the Area Manager and supporting your team you will be responsible for providing excellent sales techniques, customer service, and displaying leadership skills to encourage the store to be the best!

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team to provide an impeccable customer experience
• All stock operations from Visual Merchandising, stock taking, and stock management
• Driving of sales, KPI's and in-store performance
• All staff management duties of training, product knowledge, and team motivation

Skills and experiences required:

• Experience managing within a high-volume fashion retailer
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team towards high-achieving outcomes
• Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
• Experience in reaching, driving, and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
• Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
• Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
• Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
