About the Role
This is a 3-days-per-week, work-from-home role, reporting directly to the CFO. You’ll be responsible for completing the monthly group financial reporting, preparing consolidated results, delivering executive reporting packs, and partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insights that support data-led decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver accurate and timely monthly management reports for the Group and Clinics.

Consolidate results and prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive-level reporting with meaningful commentary.

Manage relationships with external accountants and bookkeepers to ensure accurate financial data and reporting processes.

Support audit preparation, financial analysis, modelling, and budgeting/forecasting cycles.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally coming from a chartered accounting firm or similar professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who:

Has completed or is near completion of a CA or CPA qualification.

Has strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations.

Is proactive, detail-oriented, and communicates complex financials clearly and confidently.

Thrives in a remote work setting and is highly self-motivated.

You’ll Bring

Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills.

An analytical mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in healthcare or growth businesses is advantageous but not essential.
