Part-Time Accountant

Small Winery in Dromana, Victoria Join our vibrant, family-owned winery. Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our small, passionate team at Trofeo Estate. Nestled in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, our boutique winery is looking for someone to manage our financial operations with precision and care.

Position: Part-Time Accountant (2 days per week)
Location: Dromana, Victoria
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial records, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting

Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, and other compliance requirements

Oversee payroll for a small team

Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Maintain accurate records using Xero

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA or equivalent)

Experience in small business accounting, ideally in hospitality or agriculture

Strong knowledge of Australian tax regulations and compliance

Proficiency in accounting software Xero preferred

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, tight-knit team

Passion for the wine industry is a bonus!
