About the role:

We are seeking a Full time Battery Technician / Manager to run and drive sales at the Morley branch. Flexibility with days and hours for the right candidate (estimated 38 hours per week).

As The manger you will be required to handle the cash, complete the banking, handle the account customers, open and close the business and help grow the business. This position is for a driven individual who wants a chance to shine, who has the confidence to take on this role.

The successful candidate will have:

An understanding that great customer service is essential to being successful

The capability to complete daily tasks including battery fitting, off-site duties, stock replenishment, merchandising and product training, purchasing.

A basic understanding of computers (able to use web browsers)

Driver's license (Auto)

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn new skill's

Works highly efficiently independently

Has held Junior management positions previously

Previous experience working in the automotive and electrical fields will be looked upon favorably but is not essential. Full training will be provided including roadside services.
