About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Workshop Admin / Service Advisor to join our team at Sm mechanical' in Mandurah, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and bookings, and supporting the smooth operation of our busy automotive workshop.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering inquiries and managing customer bookings

Process sales, payments, and invoices efficiently and accurately

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle servicing and repairs

Liaise with the workshop team to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner

Assist with stock management and order parts as needed

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the workshop

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as inventory management and point-of-sale systems

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team

Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle servicing would be highly regarded
