- Provide expert advice and guidance on the effective and compliant delivery of Education contracts, monitors and reports on program delivery against quality performance measures; and, in collaboration with the Manager and Performance Management, drive performance and continuous improvement

About the role:
The Coordinator Performance and Compliance supports the delivery of high quality education services (by AMES, Partners and Subcontractors) by coordinating and implementing actions relevant to contract compliance, course and program quality assurance, performance management, audit coordination, continuous improvement and data reporting in alignment with government funded contract requirements, ASQA Standards, the VET Quality Framework and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
- Diploma in Business Management, Contract Management, Education or related field; AND
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the adult education sector
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Education Programs’ funding and compliance requirements, and sound understanding of funding and compliance requirements for other government funded adult education programs
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of government funded body requirements against ASQA Standards and ASQA Delegate Standards
- Ability to develop and implement effective compliance performance and audit management frameworks across multiple government contracts
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel (intermediary or advanced level), PowerPoint, databases, web applications and the ability to learn and train others in the use of Information Systems
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team to achieve performance targets
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, and well developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate, consult, advise and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound analytical and written communication skills, including writing guidelines, procedures, templates and reports
- Demonstrated high level of personal initiative and organisational skills, prioritising work flows to meet multiple deadlines, maintaining effective manual and electronic records
- Sound knowledge and experience related to the VET Quality Framework, ASQA, HESG and other VET policy frameworks as well as established VET networks
