This is an immediate start role in a busy, fast-paced clinic environment where you’ll be working alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, nurses, scientists, and fellow administrators – all from a beautiful office with harbour views.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Processing patient medical records and accounts with accuracy
• Entering treatment plans into patient systems
• Generating invoices and managing billing
• Handling Medicare and private health fund claims
• Providing professional phone support and exceptional patient service
• General admin and data entry tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in medical is essential
• Solid knowledge of Medicare and private health fund billing
• Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate typing skills
• Professional, clear, and friendly phone manner
• Familiarity with medical or patient management systems
• Immediate availability and ability to commit for at least 1–2 months (strong potential for extension and permanency)
