Our Opportunity
As the Officer, Information Services you will be responsible for delivering high quality information services via a centralised phone number, email address and front counter. You will curate information in response to gambling enquiries and working to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- The ability to interpret customer enquiries and provide appropriate information based on relevant legislation
- Experience in writing purposely, able to produce concise and clear documents and reports in accordance with VGCCC policies and procedures, complying with legislative and statutory requirements
- Experience in using a content management system and call management system would be desirable
