About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support critical financial crime initiatives. You'll work end-to-end across the data journey - from ingestion and modelling to reporting and insights - helping drive smarter decisions and stronger controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models

Design clear, insightful dashboards using Power BI or Tableau 📊

Partner with fraud, compliance, and risk teams to shape data strategy

Translate complex business needs into data-driven solutions

Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across deliverables

About You:

5+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally in financial services

Strong hands-on skills in SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools

Experienced in working with large, complex datasets

Exposure to or interest in financial crime, AML, or fraud analytics 🔍

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Background in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory reporting

Familiarity with APRA/ASIC or global regulatory frameworks
