About the Role

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in building intelligent, automated systems that enhance software testing and engineering workflows. In this role, you'll lead the development of AI-powered solutions, including multi-agent systems, LLM integration, and orchestration tools-all aimed at increasing the productivity and quality of engineering delivery across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for automated software testing using cutting-edge ML and NLP techniques.
• Build and manage multi-agent testing systems using frameworks like Google ADK.
• Optimise agent orchestration systems for seamless coordination of test workflows.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune LLMs for targeted QA tasks.
• Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Drive engineering excellence by contributing to best practices, processes, and delivery frameworks.

About You

You're an experienced AI Engineer with a passion for automation, innovation, and high-quality software delivery. You bring a strong foundation in Python, AI/ML engineering, and cloud-native development.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in AI agent development and automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and domain-specific LLM tuning.
• Cloud deployment skills, especially within GCP environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile team settings.
