This newly created position provides a unique opportunity for you to manage the full life cycle of client relationships within the property management sector, from initial handover to ongoing management. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients and property managers.
Key aspects of your role include:
Manage client relationships from initial introduction to handover and ongoing support
Create property management agreements for client execution
Co-ordinate handovers from builders, ensuring all documentation and property details are accurately captured
Client introductions and onboarding
Create client and property profiles, documentation and record keeping
Travel to various locations for property handovers and client meetings
Facilitate smooth handover to property managers
Resolve owner queries and complaints
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property status updates
Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery
Support marketing and promotional activities
Our ideal applicant will have experience in property management or client service roles within a similar sector. Your current Property Management Registration, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is essential for this position. We require a strong communicator with outstanding organisational and time management skills. Proficiency on MS Office is a must, as is your ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
Local travel is required, but this will be during work hours, Mon to Friday, with no overnight stays.
