Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient administration within our firm. As a key part of the admin team, you will contribute to the success of Kelly Wealth by maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
· Maintain the professional look of meeting rooms and general office areas.
· Manage the Financial Adviser's diary, scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
· Prepare for meetings by ensuring all necessary materials are available.
· Accurately input client details into various systems and maintain the client database.
· Ensure high-level attention to detail in all administrative tasks and quickly master new procedures.
· Participate in compliance checking and ensure all research and technical information is up-to-date.
· Collect information from third parties and liaise with super funds and fund managers to record accurate client account information.
· Prepare basic Records of Advice (RoA) and generate accurate reports for client reviews.
· Support the implementation of advice provided to clients and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Proficient computer skills, including experience with the MS365 suite. Experience with Co- Pilot and Agents will be an advantage.
· Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Completion of Year 12 with satisfactory grades.
· Ideally, demonstrated experience in financial services industry, particularly in financial planning or accounting (preferred but not essential).
· A person who loves to learn, grow and will fit the culture of the firm.
