Admin Officer (Client Support Officer)

Join Bentleys Tasmania as an Admin Officer (Client Support Officer) and become part of the dynamic team in our Hobart office. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for client support and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of client support functions at a high level.
Prepare correspondence and compile and deliver client documents.
Use electronic filing systems efficiently.
Provide a quality, professional service to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
For this role you will need:
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to learn multiple systems and processes quickly.
Self-motivation, reliability and able to work well as part of a busy team.
The ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise work effectively
Knowledge of ATO & ASIC functions (desirable but not essential)
