We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Wetherill Park team on a part-time basis (9:00am to 2:30pm).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and debtor follow-ups
Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer account records
Respond to customer rate enquiries and perform credit checks as required
Prepare SDS (customer delivery dockets) for the warehouse team
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Support the team with administrative duties (Reception, Answering Phone Calls, Filing)
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 Year Experience
A high level of attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A resilient attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
