About the Company:
DM Composites delivers FRP-based infrastructure including walkways, bridges, and marine platforms across government and Tier 2 contractor projects in NSW and VIC. We operate full D&C – from design through to supply and install.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a switched-on estimator to assist with pricing new works, supporting tenders, and coordinating documentation. Ideal for someone from a construction background with good Excel and scope-writing ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate and competitive quotes using Excel

Draft basic scopes of work and simple methodology statements

Work with the Sales Team to build tender submissions

Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for updated rates

Track pricing, assumptions, and quantities on small–medium civil projects

Your Background:

2+ years in construction estimating, QS, or project support

Strong Excel skills and clear written communication

Understanding of drawings, plans, and construction terminology

Experience with FRP, marine, civil or prefab works highly regarded
