About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at H Built Constructions' as a Junior Project Engineer. In this full-time role you will be working alongside experienced construction professionals to gain practical, on-the-job experience in project management. This is the perfect role for someone looking to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination and management of construction projects

-Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met

-Preparing reports, schedules and other documentation to support project delivery

-Identifying and helping to resolve any issues or risks that arise during the construction process

-Participating in site inspections and providing support to the construction team as needed

-Continuously learning and developing your skills in construction project management

What we're looking for

To be considered for the role, ideally you must possess the following:

-A passion for the construction industry and a keen interest in project management

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

-Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

-The ability to think critically, problem-solve and make informed decisions

-A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues

-Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field

-Experience in Procore and/or Jobpac
