About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YardWorx Equipment Pty Ltd as a full-time Sales Person/Field Sales. You will be responsible for driving sales and growth for our range of high-quality landscaping and gardening equipment from the Caboolture store. This role offers a competitive salary, commission structure, and the chance to play a key part in the success of a dynamic and expanding business.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events

Meeting with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements, and providing tailored product recommendations

Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

Providing feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the landscaping/gardening equipment industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Good understanding of the landscaping and gardening equipment market, including key trends and competitor offerings

Proficient with computers

A self-motivated and resilient approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
