Emerald 4x4 has a position available for a full-time salesperson with a passion for the 4WD Industry to join our team. This position would suit someone with a sales background, has a broad knowledge of 4X4’s, loves a challenge & has plenty of initiative. We are stockist of ARB, offering a possible career with one of Australia's largest 4X4 companies

General Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

- Providing product advice and quotes as required.

- Processing customer orders in line with company processes.

- Monitoring retail back orders & open orders for the store.

- Liaising with the customer network to book in vehicles for fitment & returns.

- Answering customer sales enquires both over the phone & over the counter. Retail & trade customers.

- Processing payments for retail customers.

- Liaising with the workshop to ensure all work involving fitting is completed.

- Working some Saturdays, open days & field days.

Skills & Attributes:

- Current Australian Drivers License

- Ability to operate a computer efficiently

- Ability to work in a team

- Strong customer service ethic

- Excellent time management & communication skills

- Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude

- Passion for 4WD'ing & camping

Remuneration will be based on experience with commission above monthly target.
