We are seeking experienced welders to join a local council. This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for steady hours and job security.

Role Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld components used in civil infrastructure, such as handrails, barriers, structural frames, and access equipment
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
• Perform MIG and stick welding to a high standard
• Carry out onsite repairs and modifications when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to required quality standard

Requirements:

• Trade qualification in fabrication or welding
• Strong experience in structural steel and civil-related fabrication
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with minimal supervision
• White Card
• High attention to detail and a focus on safety
