We are looking for a confident and driven Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support their high-performing team. Based at their Bondi Beach office, this full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and has a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and also loves a Dog friendly office, with lots of dog pats!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a growing customer service team across phone, email, live chat, and social platforms
• Monitor team performance, support training and development, and foster a positive, service-focused culture
• Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the highest standard of customer care
• Optimise internal processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of service initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and memorable customer journey
• Assist with onboarding, reporting, and operational tasks to support wider business functions
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, coach, and support a team
• Confident phone manner and calm under pressure
• Experience using helpdesk, live chat, or e-commerce platforms (Shopify a bonus)
• Sales-minded with a natural flair for upselling and building customer loyalty
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for animals and genuine interest in the pet care industry
