About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team on shift, ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with FMCG or beverage industry experience who is looking to step into a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of operators to meet production targets
• Monitor line performance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are upheld
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate daily activities, shift handovers, and issue resolution
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements
• Support team development and training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make confident decisions on the floor
• Solid understanding of quality and safety systems (HACCP, GMP, WHS)
• A hands-on approach and passion for team development
