We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer expanding into Western Australia. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced roll forming operator or leading hand to take charge of setting up a brand-new facility in Perth, backed by a national business with strong industry credentials.

What You’ll Be Doing

Help commission and set up new Hayes roll forming machines

Operate and fine-tune production of steel cladding and purlins

Work alongside senior leadership to develop systems and processes

Take on a hands-on Leading Hand or Supervisor role

Build and mentor a small, high-performing team as the operation grows

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience on Hayes or similar roll forming equipment

Knowledge of metal cladding and structural purlin production

A practical, team-oriented leader or operator ready to step up

Strong understanding of quality, safety, and machine efficiency

Forklift ticket and hands-on attitude
