The role:

We are now seeking a Retail Store Manager based in our Rosny Park (Hobart) Store.

This is due to an internal promotion (to our Melbourne DC). We have a proven track record of promoting from within for over 15 years, so there are good career progression opportunities if required.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking and visual merchandising

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and develops the team

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a sales-focused culture

Strong operational and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team

Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

About You:

It can be a hands-on technical role, so any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

You will need to be physically fit and able to lift and fit Car or Caravan batteries if required. A current Drivers License is also required, ideally Manual.
