The company's head office is based in Devonport, on the Northwest coast of Tasmania. Our Victorian operation consists of fleets based in metropolitan Melbourne, Retail locations in western Victoria and several Fuel Depots located across the state.
About the role:
Reporting to the Retail State Manager - Tasmania, the Retail Site Manager plays an integral role in leading their on-site team and delivering performance across all KPIs and business priorities.
The Retail Site Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the retail site with Safety being our number one priority along with timely completion of monthly site inspections, quarterly toolbox meetings and delivering all Safety activities as required.
The Retail Site Manager will lead and support their team members to ensure high standards of Customer service are maintained within their stores, maintaining instore stock availability and the preparation of takeaway food, delivering merchandising and execution standards while always putting Safety and the Customer at the forefront.
This role interacts with Customers daily so the Retail Site Manager must possess excellent Customer service and communication skills, always maintaining a professional image. As this role will be handling Customer and supplier queries, the position holder must be able to express themselves in a confident manner and be able to advise or redirect Customers accordingly.

3 years’ experience in Leadership or Management roles with a passion for developing a team and delivery performance results.
