International Travel Consultant – Part time

About the Role:

We are looking for a part time consultant (full time may be an option for the right person) to join our Helloworld Travel Salamanca team. If you are an experienced travel consultant and would love to be part of a growing team in a flexible workplace, we would love to hear from you. We have a strong team culture and focus on work/life balance.

You will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional solutions focused travel advice and high levels of customer service, with a positive 'can do' attitude. You will be required to consult with clients, and through great customer service build strong client relationships.

Salary will be based on industry experience and suitability to the role. Sales incentives apply after the qualifying period.

You Should:

Be highly self motivated, hard-working and dedicated to your customers.

Regularly exceed sales targets and challenge yourself to always grow and learn.

Be responsive, efficient and highly organised.

Meet service level agreements and timelines and KPI's.

Have exceptional attention to detail.

Have an ability to build relationships and create a repeat client portfolio.

Be able to work seamlessly with your team and enjoy being part of a motivated team who share a sense of fun & achievement.

You MUST HAVE:

Strong knowledge of domestic & international airlines and fares & ticketing.

Minimum 5 years consulting experience.

A solid knowledge of GDS (Sabre preferred)

Proven customer service and sales skills.

Excellent communication skills
