Children's Dental Centre is a specialist paediatric dental clinic seeking a motivated part time Clinic Coordinator / all-rounder to join our welcoming team to help us deliver outstanding patient care.

The role is currently part time as we work within a shared specialist center moving to a newly built practice @ Aspley in 2026!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting our paediatric dentist chairside and under GA

Sterilisation, infection control, and room setup/pack-down

General reception, accounts – a true all-rounder role!

Help coordinate processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and managing inquiries

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain patient records

• Provide administrative and operational support to the dental team

• Act as a communication bridge between patients and hospital bookings

• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of office procedures and policies

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a dental practice, including chairside assisting and sterilisation procedures

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in appointment software
