About the role

Dr Smile Southport are seeking a part-time Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join their friendly dental practice in Southport, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a caring, professional team in a thriving local practice.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the dentists with patient procedures and treatments

Maintaining a clean and organised treatment area

Providing exceptional customer service to patients at reception

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

Processing payments and insurance claims

Ordering and maintaining dental supplies

Supporting the broader administrative needs of the practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant essential

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, clinical environment

Proficient in using dental practice management software / Training will be provided

A caring, compassionate approach to patient care
