Part-Time Experienced Dental Receptionist

Waterways Dental is a small, family-oriented clinic in Mermaid Waters, home to two dentists and a visiting oral surgeon. We are seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist (3–4 days per week) to join our friendly team and support the smooth running of our practice.

About the role:

Front desk management, patient reception, and appointment scheduling

Handling patient enquiries with professionalism and care

Processing payments, accounts, and health fund claims

Using D4Web software for bookings and records

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

Previous dental reception experience is highly desirable

Confidence with D4Web (or similar dental software)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
