About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at NDSA, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure smooth patient care, clinic efficiency, and outreach success.

Your role will include:

Chairside Assistance – Support paediatric dental treatments in clinics, schools, kindergartens, and mobile clinics.

Scheduling & Patient Care – Assist with bookings, Patient communication, and appointment follow-ups.

Creating a Positive Experience – Help children feel comfortable and engaged during their visits.

Dynamic Work Environment – Work in multiple locations, sometimes visiting several sites in one day.

Growth & Training – Receive mentorship, leadership training, and opportunities to step into senior roles.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!)

A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference.

Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-moving clinic and outreach setting.

Strong communication skills to engage with parents, children, and team members.
