Australia's leading specialist in Excess Air Baggage seeking a local part time Admin clerk .

Work 2 days per week ( Tuesday and Thursday) Hours 9.30 - 3 pm flexible and days can be flexible as well.

You will be working closely with Customers and Airlines, Students and Universities.

About the role:-

Personal effects will be dropped to office facility where you will arrange relevant paper work for airlines.

You will provide quotes by phone or email

You will be provided a Transit van to transport parcels from office to airport and then take home for personal use when not working

About you:-

Ideally you are retired or stay at home parent looking for 2 days work (school hours available).

You have local experience in International Air Freight /Exports primarily and can arrange AWB and work closely with airlines.

You understand how the airlines operate

You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with people to solve their luggage issues.

You have strong communication skills both verbal and written

This role is ongoing and flexible for right candidate.
