Your next Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join and work within our dynamic high-performing team, who have a strong line of business relationships built on trust & high quality. You will receive full training from our directors and finance team to be successful in your role.

Based out of our Canning Vale facility, you will work closely with our operations and finance team on accounts payable, account receivable, reconciling and producing accurate end of month figures. You will be working mostly in our web-based ERP accounting software ‘NetSuite’.

Your key accountabilities will include:

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Bank Reconciliations

Credit Card Reconciliations

End of month Journals

Following up Customer payments

Double Entry Accounting

Our next Accounts/Bookkeeper:

You are a driven and passionate about numbers and finance. You are enthusiastic, coachable and have a desire to want to be an integral part of our growth journey.

Strong understanding of bookkeeping/accounting.

Proficient in web-based accounting systems.
