A role where no two days are the same – you’ll be working across property management and administration

Access to leading software including but not limited to, Property Tree and Vault CRM

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting with day-to-day property management tasks

Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with owners and tenants

Conducting routine inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews, property viewings

Administrative support, including managing documents and database updates

Providing exceptional customer service with a proactive, can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in property management or real estate administration (preferred, but not essential)

A current WA Property Management registration or willingness to obtain one

Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a team-first mindset

Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment
