Lead Multiple Teams | High-End New Homes | Career Growth Pathway

ProGlow Electrics is seeking a proven Field Operations Supervisor to oversee our growing field team delivering high-quality electrical work for Melbourne’s leading custom home builders.

This is a full-time, leadership-focused role based in Burwood. You’ll work closely with the Director and lead 6+ field teams across 80+ live jobs, ensuring high-quality execution, team accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

We’re specialists in new home electrical, automation, and security — working with top-tier residential builders on custom and architectural projects across Melbourne. From lighting and power to home automation (Control4), AV, data, and CCTV — our work is high-end, fast-paced, and quality driven.

As our company grows, we’re building a leadership team that can grow with it. This role will suit someone looking to move into a future Operations Manager role and help shape the team beneath them.

Your Role
This is a senior field leadership role, not a stepping stone. You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing 6+ field teams across a large volume of active jobs

Conducting daily site visits and quality control audits

Driving accountability and training to reduce rework and repeat issues

Spotting defects early, correcting them quickly, and coaching the team in real-time

Supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results, on time

Working closely with the Director to improve processes and team culture

Maintaining strong relationships with builder clients and ensuring job site professionalism

Be the key contact for builder’s supervisors and ensure site-level professionalism

Enforce safety, compliance, and company standards

Using SimPRO, SafetyCulture, and Slack to coordinate and communicate efficiently

What We’re Looking For
This role is for a proven leader, you bring:

Experience in a similar field leadership or operations role

Proven ability to manage multiple teams and jobs at once

Strong electrical background with a current A-Grade licence

High attention to detail and strong quality standards

Natural leadership skills - firm, clear, and supportive

Experience in residential electrical, new homes

Ability to manage priorities and make fast decisions on the ground

Experience using or willingness to learn SimPRO and SafetyCulture
