Bluestone is partnered with an Industry leading disaster restoration provider who are looking to add a Restoration Site Supervisor to the business.

About the Role:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion. This includes managing scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and client expectations, while leading site teams and ensuring quality control. Projects typically involve insurance-related repairs, water/fire/mould remediation, and structural restorations.

About you:
Proven experience in restoration, construction, or insurance building.
Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and restoration industry standards.
Excellent project management and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams under pressure.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Tech-savvy with experience using project management and estimating tools
Valid driver’s license.

Ideally you will have:
IICRC certification (e.g., Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying)
Building/construction trade qualification or project management certification
First aid certificate
Experience with insurance loss adjusting or estimating
