About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team. If you're looking to deliver meaningful training not just tick boxes, this is the role for you.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth. You’ll deliver high-quality, nationally recognised training and assessment to clients across Victoria, including manufacturing, government, civil and petrochemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver accredited training and assessment in line with compliance requirements.
Prepare training content and learning resources (where required).
Assess learner competency and maintain accurate records.
Participate in assessment validation and continuous improvement processes.
Travel to client sites across Victoria, occasional overnight stays are required (travel allowances apply).

Above Award pay, with training delivery time paid at 150% of hourly rate, in line with the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020, plus superannuation.
All hours worked are paid – no unpaid prep or admin.

About You
You will hold one of the following Training and Assessment qualifications:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with necessary upgrades)
A Diploma or higher qualification in adult or vocational education
You will also have:
Experience delivering training and assessment in at least two of the following areas (or extensive industry experience in these fields):
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
Breathing Apparatus
Emergency Warden / Chief Warden
First Aid / CPR
Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Substances
Chemical Spill Response
Low Voltage Rescue
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Confidence in engaging a wide range of learners in practical, high-risk environments.
Willingness to travel and deliver on client sites.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Sound administration and digital literacy for RTO recordkeeping.
