We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance All-Rounder to join our growing property management team.
Perfect for someone hands-on, proactive, and ready to jump into a wide variety of repair and upkeep tasks across our residential properties.
About the Role
You’ll work across a portfolio of fully furnished short- and medium-term rental properties in Melbourne’s inner south-east (mainly Caulfield, Elwood, and St Kilda). You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the properties remain functional, presentable, and guest-ready.
Your tasks may include:
General repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor issues, assembling furniture)
Routine property maintenance
Touch-up painting and basic cosmetic upgrades
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring properties meet safety and cleanliness standards
Ad-hoc handy tasks and support where needed
Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance, property services, or handyman roles
Manual driver’s license (required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional attitude and good communication
Must be reliable and able to start immediately
